Minutes from the January 6 meeting were read and accepted

Belinda and Jane turned in a draft for an Annual Report form (attached) for reporting on Fair events

2010 projects were turned over to Buildings and Grounds Committee

Buildings and Grounds Comm. will now do annual capital budget.

March 3rd meeting will be B and G’s instead of LRP’s. B and G’s meetings will alternate with Fair Planning monthly on either 1^st or 3^rd Wednesday

LRP will meet as needed

Shawn will check with Provost and Jane B. about using a stone form our property. B and G will coordinate with Fair Planning on location and construction.
