On wed.Feb.6 the building com. met with the hamburg and fry people. After a lot of discussion it was decided that placing the frylators and the grill back to back with some space between them and a long table placed along the side of the cookers that the best setup would be achieved.

With the cooking implements in that direction everything would be best served by making the building 18' X 26" with a 6" overhang on the midway side,  and the office area upstairs 18'X 18'.
