Vice Presidents responsibilities:
Preside over the meeting in the absence of the King Lion.
All three Vice Presidents make up the Nominating Committee.
Activity Coordinators responsibilities:
Provide a guest speaker for the assigned meeting if shown open.
Prepare and provide a proper introduction of their speaker.
Notify the King Lion two weeks in advance of the speaker and subject to be presented.
